A few weeks back I posted some games I’d like to own. To continue on with that tradition, here’s even more games for my favorite systems. Enjoy the games and the sentence ending prepositions!

Star Wars Battlefron: Renegade Squadron (PSP): Battlefront 2 was one of my all time favorite games. It still resides at the top of my “Best Game” list, and will most likely stay there until Renegade Squadron is out. RS follows the classic Battlefront gameplay with one great twist: you customize your own character. This is a feature I dreamed about since I first picked up Battlefront 1 for the PS2. You not only customize your appearance, but also your weapons, and get this: your abilities. No longer is a Jet Pack-equipped clone firing a chain gun a simple dream in your mind. You can do it and many more combinations in this great game (hopefully great, anyway). This game is a definite addition to my collection in the future (once I get my PSP, the money, and the game is released). Now, all they have to do is release a cel-shaded Clone Wars Battlefront, and I’ll be very, very happy.

Panzer Tactics (DS): Everyone loves a good WWII game, myself included. So why not take that love and combine it with some Advance Wars love? That’s exactly what the creators of this game are doing, and the result looks fantastic. The game looks to play similar to AW, but the game features a more realistic set of graphics than the former. Featuring units from all sides of the war, Panzer Tactics looks to be one of the better handheld strategy games yet.

Dungeons and Dragons Tactics (PSP): Although many people will avoid this game simply because of it’s name, I’ve enjoyed many a D&D game, including Eye of the Beholder, Champions, and Baldur’s Gate (the action-based PS2 version and the strategy PC version). This PSP incarnation looks to be one of the best yet, featuring classic turn-based strategy and the renowned character building system present in each D&D game. I’m really excited about this one.
